“Hi, I’m Izak. As you can probably tell, my name is spelled a little differently. It actually means laughter, and that’s always stuck with me. I’ve grown to really love my name, not just because it’s memorable, but because it’s often been the start of real conversations and meaningful relationships.

Over time, that’s shaped how I move through life and work. I care a lot about integrity, showing up fully, and doing things well even when no one’s watching. Building trust with people, whether that’s professors, teammates, or collaborators, matters to me, and I try to bring that same intention into everything I do.

Outside of school and work, I love creating. I film personal vlogs and short-form content as a way to document life, stay creative, and have something to look back on. Creating for myself gives me space to think, reflect, and experiment without pressure. At the end of the day, I’m someone who values clear communication, genuine connection, and creating things that feel honest and meaningful.
